GATO HACIENDO NADA
Está sentado
está siendo un animal
un animal macho
está vivo.
Está vivo
aparentemente inmóvil
dentro de él los átomos regresan
a la tierra
es un gato sentado
que parece no hacer nada.
La caja torácica se mueve
el diafragma se mueve apenas
los pulmones
el tracto digestivo.
Los ojos miran fijamente al frente
hacia el infinito.
Mientras permanece sentado inmóvil
se está moviendo moviendo moviendo

TOMCAT DOING NOTHING
It sits
it is being an animal
a male animal
alive on earth
it is alive.

apparently motionless
the atoms within are moving
back toward earth
it is a cat sitting
apparently doing nothing.
The ribcage moves
the diaphragm moves slightly
the lungs
the digestive tract.
Eyes stare straight ahead
into infinity.
As he sits immobile
he is moving moving moving
