UN HECHIZO

 

Tengo un gemelo que lleva mi nombre;

se avergüenza de llevarlo;

 

que va a donde yo no iría;

que sabe cosas que yo no hubiera sabido;

 

cuando yo era valiente él tenía miedo;

él decía la verdad, yo mentía;

 

lo que para mí es dulce a él le sabe amargo;

mis amigos, mis amigos, no los quiere;

 

en sus sueños camino a la luz del día;

respira el aire de mi pesadilla.

A CHARM

 

I have a twin who bears my name;

Bears it about with him in shame;

 

Who goes a way I would not go;

Has knowledge of things I would not know;

 

When I was brave he was afraid;

He told the truth, I lied;

 

What's sweet to me tastes bitter to him;

My friends, my friends, he doesn't love them;

 

I walk the daylight in his dream;
