una piedra al amanecer

agua fría en el aguamanil

el yeso áspero de estas paredes

sin imagen

tras el martilleo

de tanta insistencia

en la necesidad de nombrar

tras las parodias

que pasaron como rostros,

gracia: la unción

de la absoluta inexistencia

que aflora en este

desbordado arroyo violáceo

de lo que no tiene nombre

ni rostro

after the travesties

that passed as faces,

grace: the unction

of sheer nonexistence

upwelling in this

hyacinthine freshet

of the unnamed
